    I would like to go harder with some strength/bodybuilding stuff, but:
    1. I'm starting over after longest break in my "fitness career".
    2. Something isn't right with my body especially after hard days like today. This is not a "standard" DOMS (or similar) pain. I can't even explain it.

    My today's workout was round 2 of firewood fight (I won again). It was super tough and I really don't feel good. I think I'll go to sleep earlier today.
    Sleep is the best medicine, right?

        Today I did nothing, except some firewood chopping (that one I've cut yesterday), but I don't count it as any form of workout. My ribs(?) hurt and again I feel rather bad. I hope you feel much better than me.

                  Hi, Matan!

                  Finally I have caught up on your thread after my long absence from the Hive!
                  I know you have had some struggles. But truly, I think you are doing amazing! And you yourself are amazing to work as hard as you do!
                  The physical labour you do on your farm is no joke. And the repetitive nature of doing the same exercise all day can, unfortunately lead to injuries. That you still find the strength and energy to do additional "workouts" on top of your day-job-that-is-already-a-workout is amazing and inspirational.

                      I was really afraid of this one, well, I haven't done any squats in 2 months.
                      It turned out to be quite enjoyable which is really surprising (I usually don't enjoy lowerbody workouts as much).

                          Awful day... I feel sick... Everything hurts...

                          I didn't wanted to do anything today but, you know, Battleground!
                          I made 500 points for the dark side.

                          Fun fact, I signed up to The Hive exactly when Battleground 2016 started.

                          Hope your day is much better than mine.

                              Get better soon. But if you do want to do battle ground... look at youtube Darebee about how to do battle moves workouts... it became so much easier. Once I realized I'm not in K.M. class and there's no one yelling "don't just stand there in one spot and they're not really strikes if they don't have speed and power..." it was like... I can do about triple the amount I did so far, each and every time
