      Done today:

      -Epic Five Day 3 (with multiple breaks)
      I really had to "chop" this workout.
      I wasn't sure about condition of my hip, so far I don't feel anything extraordinary.

      I'm super sore after yesterday's push-ups and bicep extensions. It definitely sucks, but it's also kinda pleasant (I'm weird but I missed this feeling).
      I'm really scared tomorrow's workout. Abs...

      PS: I just noticed that all my badges disappeared, luckily I have very detailed (paper) workout log (as a form of backup), with it I could easily restore all my badges.

        Done today:

        Epic Five Day 4: Abs & Core
        It was tough. I took even more rest than yesterday.
        I'm sore as hell, upper body, lower body, but it still feel "good".

                              Again. Just an hour after waking up I got pissed off.

                              Warmup is always nice thing to do.

                              Epic Five Day 8: Lowerbody Strength
                              I'll say it was quite pleasant, kinda stretching/restorative stuff. It's way nicer than it looks.
