    I bought myself a new toy (sorry, I couldn't find better link) as late birthday present.

    Talking about birthdays, my mom have birthday today. For me it's an opportunity to rethink my diet choices (while eating cake ).
    Lately I let myself to eat too much stuff I shouldn't eat.

      Matan, as long as you make the changes that you are rethinking in regards to diet, you will be fine. I think that a lot of people go through that, me included. If you decide to make the changes and follow through with them, you are way ahead of all the people that are too scared to try.

          100 squats. 3 sets (40-40-20) throughout the day. Deep and slow. It wasn't as easy as I thought.

            Third day of digging in the field, and second with over 20'000 steps.
            I'm dead.

            I was too tired to even attempt 3rd set.

            I might do a few days of break (but not necessarily), because mix of hard farm work and ring training (+cardio) is a bit too much for me.

              Yeah, rings always teach me to reconsider the value of rest days... but you seem to be doing great, you dip count is impressive, I find them really challenging on rings and I easily strain muscles and ligaments with this exercise if I am not careful with rest. I took xingyiquan 's advice into action and decided to regress to easier variations for some time! They still provide good workout if done right.

              Anyway, enjoy your rest, you'll come back stronger

                    Still resting. My body still don't like me, seems like I'm a bit (or a lot) overworked.

                    I'm also (kind of) stepping back into wonderful world of aviation (virtual of course).
                    I managed to run Flight Simulator 4.0 (from 1988) on my tablet. It looks crappy (in today's standards), but it has all fancy stuff, radio-navigation, "paper" (pdf) charts etc...

                    I try to workout a bit tomorrow...

                      My motivation levels are super low, and my "anger meter" is on red field already.
                      I look like a piece of crap, and I feel shitty...

                            Back when I used to get angry frequently as a teen, I would listen to “angry” music (like the older albums of nine inch nails and Marilyn Manson) and do whatever calisthenics like sit-ups and pushups and punches because I was so fired up and needed to expend the energy else I would explode and destroy things (and people?). The music and moves kind of made me angrier, but only temporarily, until I got tired out and then I would cool down after a bit.

                            maybe instead of using exercise to reach some physical goals you have, during these times, just use it as a way to relieve frustration or something?
