                  Done today:

                  Ring Roll-Outs (aka Body Extensions?) 5-4-3-2-1
                  According to Mike Gillette's book I was lacking one movement. This one. I decided to add it to my routine as well, and It is hard.

                  Archer/Standard Squats 5/5-5/5-5/5-17-16-15-14-13
                  Ouch!

                  Leg Raises 13-12-11-10-8
                  I might soon switch them to ring ones.

                  I also did some hanging L-Sits, and I did 2 (of course with rest in between) almost perfect L-Sit Pull-Ups. I was thinking about starting some Front Lever prep training on rest days, but we'll see.

                            This whole cardio is a big pain in the butt. I mean literally, my glutes are super sore after all those yesterday's lunges.

                                This time it felt a bit too easy, next time i have to lower the rings a little.

                                I moved one set from standard to archer.
                                My butt was still a bit sore, but it was pretty doable anyway.
