      Thanks for including the link for the Shoulder Mobility exercises Matan , you posted it at a good time for me. I've incurred an injury to my left shoulder recently, and I think that some of the exercises will help me.

        I'll be more than happy if it'll help you Seri. But do it carefully, because it seems like I've strained my neck a little bit (I have no idea how), but at least my shoulder doesn't hurt.

            Done today:

            Push-Ups 12-11-10-9-8
            Hard and unpleasant

            Leg Raises 11-10-9-8-7
            Harder and more unpleasant.

            No Back & Core nor mobility exercises. I'm tired and everything (by "everything" I mean shoulder, wrist and knee) hurt me.

            My family of course had to make me mad...

              Wraps! Supposedly have lower carb count. Also if you’re able to eat whole grains.. rice.. oats.. quinoa.. couscous.. and so many more!
              Starchy produce like potatoes and corn can replace bread too.
              Those are all carbs but they’re not as processed as bread. Also I find them more filling.
              If you still want to eat bread, Ezekiel is said to be one of the healthiest brands (the grains are sprouted). If you haven’t tried it already.

              I don’t always look at the birthdays list.. I think I missed yours.. Happy belated birthday!

                  Oopsie! Seems like I've skipped one session, that means I have only one session before starting with "54321" again.

                    Done! I finished this 35 pull-ups monstrosity.

                    Yesterday I drank few beers (few too much) with my old buddy, so today wasn't exactly perfect, but I had worse days in my life.
                    Of course (as always) someone had to piss me off (damn, I should already used to this, right?).

                          uh oh. Is the anger in relation to the beers? Some people get angry when they drink I think.
