                    ​​​​​​​Yesterday I visited my grandfather and we drank a tiny bit too much, so I have mild hangover (honestly, I thought that I'll be in a much worse condition today).
                    I'll maybe even try to do some (easy ) workout today.

                          Done yesterday:

                          Back & Core Day 16: Support & Strength

                          I did some shoulder mobility. Overall it was pretty enjoyable session. I'll try to do some pull-ups today (my pains and aches are back so it won't be easy).

                          I also want to make some modifications in my diet. Cut some carbs and eat less bread. I have no idea how I'll do this, because sandwiches are one of my main sources of energy.

                                It felt pretty good, I even would risk saying that it was pleasant.

                                I couldn't find where I finished it, so I just did 15-14-etc...

                                Everyday I'll be doing some mobility drills hoping that it'll help me with my pains.
