    Done today:

    Chin-Ups 5-4-3-2-1
    Yep! Chin-ups. Unfortunately my shoulder hurts, and this was only way to do this without pain. If it'll still be hurting next session, I will continue my endurance 123's with chin-ups.

    Squats 2/2-8-7-6-5-5
    I did hover lunges again but I might switch them to archer (aka cossack) squats, just to gain this little bit of flexibility.

    I did 15+ minutes stretching session afterwards, for legs and back, nothing specific, just what felt right at the moment.

      good idea ! lunges bring you more strength and works the stabilizers a lot but if you lack flexibility archer is a better choice for now

        It was a bit harder (but still doable) because of my shoulder.

        Leg Raises 11-10-8-7-6

          Done today:

          Pull-Ups 5-1-2-3-1-2-3-1-2-3-1
          This time I was able t do it, I still felt some slight discomfort in my shoulder, but it wasn't that bad.

          Archer/Standard Squats 4/4 15-14-13-11-10
          It felt pretty good it seems that my knee is working good again.

          As usual, I almost forgot to stretch afterwards.

                Done today:

                Push-Ups 12-11-9-8-7
                It was hard, but pleasantly hard, if you know what I mean. Nice one with full range of motion and (which is most important) pain free.

                Leg Raises 11-10-9-7-6
                It's getting super hard and unfortunately I can't see the results, because I got a little bit fatty.

                Back & Core Day 11: Support & Strength
                Yeah! I'm back.

                Overall it was pretty enjoyable day (what I don't experience too often).
                Finally it stopped raining, sky is still gray and it's a bit cold, but hopefully it'll be sunny again soon.

                  Today it was hard, shoulder bother me again, and I wish I have proper pull-up bar to grab it normally, I wouldn't have to hang on my fingers only, like I have to do now.

                  Archer/Standard Squats 5-5-5-5-5-5
                  Excuses, excuses. Today is sunny and beautiful again, so I had lots and lots of work on the farm, so I didn't feel like doing all those squats (I expect my form would suffer).
                  At least I progressed with archer squats (that's something, right?).

                  And tomorrow I'll have even more work.

                    No workout for yesterday. I was too busy and too tired.

                    I feel like I need a break. My whole body is sore all the time. I don't think I'm overtrained, I'm more like under-recovered.

                          Back & Core Day 13: Recovery & Pain Relief

                          I'm taking a break from my usual routine till the end of month. I want to fully recover, and then come back with new energy. Of course I will be doing something e.g Back & Core, maybe some cardio or dumbbells.

                                Man, you couldn't be more right.

                                Partially (because I'm also super-duper lazy after work) that's why today is my third day without any workout. Hopefully tomorrow I'll find some time and willingness to continue with Back & Core.
