    Back & Core Day 7: Stabilization
    It was surprisingly hard.
    Huh... What a day. I spent a lot of time in a incredible heat. I feel like my head want to explode. I hope tomorrow will be a little bit cooler.

      Back & Core Day 8: Recovery & Pain Relief
      I planned to take a rest from this one today, but I already did the hard part and it wasn't awful, so why not? It felt pretty good after whole day on farm.

            I didn't enjoyed today's workout at all. I did it quite fast, but I still tried to keep it high quality. I don't feel too good today. I feel anxiety and anger, I have awful headache, and generally everything sucks.

                  I feel bad today. I feel so bad that this will be first day in a long time that I won't exercise at all.
                  My knees and shoulder hurt.
                  I'm not in mood to do anything.

                  Again everything sucks (this time even more).

                                It's basically everything for today, I'm still definitely not in mood. A least my knee doesn't hurt, but my whole leg does .
                                It's weird because I can do almost everything, squats, jumps, but I have problems with walking .
                                I hope tomorrow it won't hurt anymore.
