          xingyiquan Not really, but I thought that after this 54321 will be super easy. Then I realized that I can add more than one rep per session (silly me).

          So far I haven't workout yet. I did play with my dogs a lot.
          I hope to start doing something today. I thought about adding Back & Core program to my routine. It's always nice to have more core strength.

            Hahaha I'm back, not full health yet but good enough.

            Done today:

            Push-Ups 10-9-8-6-5
            Pretty tough after a break.

            Leg Raises 9-8-7-6-4
            Even tougher!

            Back & Core Day 1: Support & Strength
            After whole day of picking crops it was like a magical medicine for my back.
            I really enjoyed it.

              I'm not gonna lie - I haven't read all the posts (it's just too many of them ), but you are doing great. Just don't put too much pressure on yourself, especially exercise wise

                        for the squats, try to add one set of unilateral squats to give yourself a challenge while preping your body to more advanced squatting. Try one set of hover lunges http://www.alkavadlo.com/body-weight...egs-exercises/ or archer (depending on what you need more between strength or flexiility) so your next workout would be 1R 1L then 14 13 12 11 10 . For progression add one rep until 5 then add a further set until reach 3 x 5 then we will replace a set of bilateral squat with one further one legged etc until you reach 5 sets of unilateral squat per leg... so you will have acquired 2 things at once strength/endurance and moved to a harder variation ... I think that once you hit the 20s it becomes questionable to stick to one sole exercise that you already master (only exception => keep one set to move to ultra endurance while doing something else aside / like 50 reps set or 100 etc)
                        Happy that you enjoy the joys of pull ups endurance building... Keep at it even if it sucks big time but without endurance on the bar, you won't get far ! Once you will have a strong base piling up reps won't be a problem

                          Ok, so from now on I'll do 1L-1R 14-13-12-11-10 until I hit 5L-5R x3 and 17-16-15-14-12 (if I counted it correctly). Then we'll start modifying it further.

                            Hellish as always, but that's the point.

                            Back & Core Day 5: Balance & Coordination
                            Nice easy one, to balance yesterday's one I guess.

                            Overall It was pretty good and fun session.

                              It's a good day for pull-ups. It was really good.

                              Squats 1/1-14-13-12-11-10
                              First time with hover lunges (aka one leg squats, I really don't see any difference).
                              It is a really good day. Even after adding 5 reps it was enjoyable.

                              Back & Core Day 6: Support & Strength

                              I have no idea what is causing my good mood...
