mogster I'll definitely try those.
xingyiquan I don't think that it's caused because of my form. I run with the exactly same technique and in the same shoes (which doesn't look good after 100+ km).
I already found few suspects:
1 Most obvious and important, not stretching enough.
2 My work. Lots of crouching which (theoretically) can shorten the shin muscle (but I might be wrong).
3 Going straight into "deep water" with my running. I thought that I can run without any preparation. Last year I was doing high knees for month before I started running.
I'll take it easy for now. If it'll still be hurting on Thursday run I'll have to substitute running with some "easy for legs cardio" (if such thing exist).
So far it doesn't hurt.

You know I am rather heavy for running distances and I had issues with it until I found out to be naturally a forefoot runner... it took me years to really understand it but once in the clear it has changed completely the game from slow runner to fast. From pain to ease, I never warm up nor stretch and my start of the season were 2 runs at 4min/km... really you should not have problems hence my thinking you do something that your body doesn't like

xingyiquan I think that I already know why my shins hurt (especially left). unfortunately it may be caused by something that I can't stop doing (or even make it easier). I'm talking about farm work (digging to be exact). Running was only one of the factors that make it so "noticeable". I also might, because of some legs stiffness, land a bit harder than last year, I'm also about 10 kg heavier.
Done today:
Push-Ups 9-8-7-5-4
Leg Raises 8-7-6-5-3
Fighter's Stretching
It felt really good, it seems that my muscles are super stiff.
Tomorrow instead of running I'll do one (or even 2) of the Darebee cardio workouts.
Good night/day bees!

Yesterday I completely screwed everything up. I started Dynamic Pyramid Workout but I barely finished 1 set, it was so f*****g painful that I thought that my legs will just collapse. This was really stupid.
Done today:
Pull-Ups 5-3-2-2-2
It felt just right. Seems today is a good day for pull-ups.
Squats 11-10-9-8-7
Slow Cooker Workout +EC (LVL III, 30sec rest)
Well, it's definitely not running, but it's better than nothing. I really enjoyed it, I was sweating heavily, my legs are definitely happy.
Full Body Stretch
Nice one.
Good night/day bees!

xingyiquan Actually I'm trying to procrastinate hard work as much as I can. At least it doesn't hurt while walking anymore. Calf raises helped me a lot.
Done yesterday:
Push-Ups 9-8-7-6-4
Leg Raises 8-7-6-5-4
Done today:
Walker Workout
Something easy, because:
1 My legs are better already, but I still don't want to load them too much;
2 I have awful hangover. (which happens very rarely, because I usually don't drink more than one beer per week)
Good night/day bees!

It's quite possible that soon I'll destroy my legs completely. I'm mad because nobody listen to me, they'll start when it'll be too late (as always).
Done today:
Pull-Ups 5-4-3-2-2
Squats 13-11-10-9-8
I'm super frustrated and angry, it seems that I'll not be able to run or do any jumping exercises again (at least this season).
Good night/day bees!
