    Done today:

    ~Strength Protocol: Day 14
    -Chin-Ups to failure (1min rest)
    5-3-3-3

    -Back & Biceps
Honestly I'm feeling pretty tired and unmotivated for a few days already. Maybe it's because of weather, we have thunderstorms almost everyday.
Today's workout was long enough to not do bicep curls (maybe I'll do them tomorrow).

    Good night/day bees!

This was bad day, I did lots of stuff on the farm today, but I feel really crappy, I can't focus and everything seems off.

      Done today:

      ~Strength Protocol: Day 15
      -Legs
Hard one. I hurt my knee, but it's OK already.
I expect some heavy soreness in a next few days.

      Good night/day bees!

I just want to tell that I did another SP workout, and honestly I don't care about exercising anymore.
          It's just don't make sense...

Whatever the circumstances we are always here for you Matan, stay strong.

There are days when it's hard to find motivation, Matan. And exercising isn't always a #1 priority, nor the answer to everything. Try to determine what is important in your life and what you really want right now. And maybe take the time to talk about it with your family - your choices may be different from theirs, but even if they're not supportive, it's important for them to be aware of the difference - and for you to hear how they see you and what they expect (or don't expect) from you as well.

                I agree with Redline.
Also, try doing some workouts you like for a while if you don't feel comfy or motivated to go with the program. Don't worry, though, those days happen, try to remember why you started to workout.
Btw, reminder that you're awesome, buddy

Like the others said, stay positive, do things you like.
The last weeks I wasn't that fit, what hit my motivation imensely, I felt tired and weak. I took it slow for some days, and one day after another it got a little better. I am not where i was, some weeks ago, but on the right way. You will get there, too. I am sure.

Redline summs it quite well. Hugs, know that we are here to listen; and sometimes you gotta take a break or change priorities.

Matan *hugs you* my daughter goes thru funks and when they are bad, she gets very frustrated with me because she will tell me about the bad things that happen and i ask her to tell me about a good thing. she tells me it isn't that easy to just decide to see the good stuff and i agree with her. it isn't easy and it is even harder when we don't feel like looking for good stuff. eventually we can find a reason to laugh or smile and sometimes that will help us move away from the funk. i have her on probiotics and a multi-vitamin that i supplement with extra magnesium and C & B-12. she still has bad days but this year we havent had very many total melt-down days. there are a number of vitamins and minerals that can help against depression. you might see if any of them help you. just keep in mind they don't work like a prescribed med. good nutrition and supplementation will change your chemistry but it doesn't happen overnight. if you have ever taken an antibiotic you should also consider some probiotics. the movie Forks Over Knives talks about the importance of nutrition and vitamins; the movie is a push for a plant-based lifestyle but there is still a lot of good information. there's a bit in the movie about a doctor that treated a catatonic patient with Niacin. i know you are not buying your own food but maybe you can look at some supplementation. magnesium citrate is pretty inexpensive and thats the one that i think has made the biggest difference for my daughter.

I'm sorry to hear, that you feel like that Matan A lot of good and well-meant advice has already been given, and I don't think I can add a lot more to that. Take a break for a while, and do something you like and feel like doing at the moment.
When I where preparing for my black-belt-grading I was under a lot of stress and sometimes it just became too much. Luckily I had a "grown-up" (as I was only 19 back then), which I knew I could talk to without getting judged for not being "strong" enough to deal with the pressure. It was a great help. If you know a person like that, reach out, I'm sure he/she will understand.
Best wishes, I hope the joy of exercising returns soon.

                              I'm back, well, kind of.
I want to thank you all for your support.

Last two weeks were hard (both physically and mentally) for me.
                              Mostly I haven't exercised because I was sore/tired/sick/lazy.

I started some magnesium supplementation (thanks daejamurrachan)

Yesterday I did my, first this year, run. Unfortunately I had problems wit GPS, but I ran ~2.5km in 15min (not super fast but enjoyable).
I won't continue Strength Protocol, but, honestly, I have no idea what to do instead.

I definitely want to keep running, maybe twice a week, I also will do pull-ups and push-ups everyday
If you have any program/training plan suggestions, I'll greatly appreciate.

There's a lot of benefit (heart, body & soul) in doing slow runs - I have learned, finally, to run just for the pleasure of it, and it does me so much good. Run for fun - that's my suggestion. Your body will love you for it.
And stretch afterwards. -Yoga is also good for heart, body & soul - I'm one of those YWA Yoga with Adriene fans.
