Yeah! Gainz!
I've lost 1.5cm in waist with losing only 0.1kg.
Done today:
~Strength Protocol: Day 4 -Abs
It's kinda surprising that I enjoyed it. Mind-muscle connection, nice burn.
My left biceps is killing me.
Today is second day of NOT counting the calories. It's too frustrating for me.
But I've learned a few things, and I'm slowly making (good) changes in my diet.
~Strength Protocol: Day 5 -Shoulders, Chest & Triceps
Awesome one. I highly enjoyed it. I feel nice pump in upper chest.
Of course I added one set to each exercise again. I finished whole workout with 3 sets of chest squeeze hold.
~Strength Protocol: Day 6 -Chin-Ups to failure (2min rest)

-Back & Biceps
I didn't enjoyed it too much. Kinda weird exercise selection. Really bad for rotator cuff (at least for me).
But my shoulders don't hurt anymore and I feel this workout in my back, so it was rather good session.
~Bicep Curls to failure (3 sets, 7.5kg DBs)

That was fun! I already learned how to enjoy being uncomfortable.
I expect some soreness tomorrow.
I wanted to say bad things about yesterday's workout, that it wasn't hard enough and I don't feel it in my back, but no, I definitely feel it in my upper back and back delts.

An awful storm (with hail) came and fucked up all plants on the field...
