              Done today:

              ~Strength Protocol: Day 1
              -Shoulders, Chest & Triceps
              That's right. Continuing with some strength stuff.
              I've decided to add 1 set to each exercise, just to spice things a little bit.
              I did slow, controlled, high quality reps.
              I will be surprised if i won't be sore tomorrow.

                I have been currently updating a design for the weekend on my thread I'm currently at lvl 0 at the moment, but hoping to get to level 1 this weekend

                          ~Daily Dares:
                          -15 Pike Push-Ups +EC
                          Quite heavy on shoulders.

                          -40 Butterfly Dips +EC
                          Even heavier on shoulders.

                          -2 Minutes Backfists +EC

                          -60 Seconds Hollow Hold +EC
                          How I hate this exercise...

                          -40 Scorpion Twists +EC

                          -20 Plank Walk-Outs +EC
                          Shoulders... Again.

                          -30 Crunch Kicks +EC

                          Overall it was a good 'workout'. Slightly challenging, but really easy at the same time.

                                ~Strength Protocol: Day 2
                                -Pull-Ups to failure (2min rest)
                                4-3-2-2
                                It's been a while since last time I did pull-ups. I decided to add one set.

                                -Back & Biceps
                                Scapula shrugs and reverse angels were great, but downward upward dog didn't work for me in this workout.

                                ~Bicep Curls to failure (3 sets, 7.5kg DBs)
                                both arms in the same time
                                30-22-18
                                Highly enjoyable.

                                I'm tired of counting calories, this is so frustrating. Some days I'm on a huge deficit, some days I'm on surplus.
                                I think I'll stop counting because it doesn't make any sense to me.
