      rawcookie Today was pretty good day, not perfect but not bad either.

      Done today:

      ~Power 15 Workout

      I've planned AU for today, but my old friend paid me a visit. We talked for maybe 2 hours (when we finished was already quite late). He's a gym goer for 5 or 6 years, so, mainly we shared some experiences about fitness and nutrition.

      Talking about nutrition... My dad have a birthday today, so I ate big piece of cake . Honestly, on special occasions I will let myself to cheat.

        -30 Push-Ups +EC
        That was quite tough, but also really enjoyable. Some while ago, I've modified my technique a little bit to focus much more on the chest. I can post links to videos if you want.

        -40 Reverse Lunges +EC

        -4 Minutes Raised Arms Hold +EC
        Ouch... That one was painful.

        -60 Seconds Back Arch Balance Hold +EC

        -15 V-Ups +EC
        Even with super sore abs, I'll say that was pretty easy. After all I can do 40 in one go.

        -30 Single Leg Deadlifts +EC
        I definitely feel it in my hamstrings.

        It was pretty nice session (as for rest day).

          Awful one, I have really painful joints in my arms today. I thought that they'll fall off.

          Ouch, my poor elbows. Hopefully I dropped weight to 5kg.

          Additionally, my neck hurts (from ear to shoulder and shoulder blade, especially when I turn head in that side), but I have no idea why.

            Oh dear, I hope you feel better soon. Try to go with Sore Neck and/or Stiff Neck, it might be helpful.

                      That was hard, I was sweating like crazy. I guess I could do it on higher level, but today unfortunately laziness won.

                      My nutrition was all over the place today.
                      First time from a month I had a pizza (homemade of course), but for the first time it's made with wholegrain flour. Damn, it's an epic cheat meal.
                      I've also made Darebee Breakfast Bars.

                          It was good workout, I liked the 'flow', really nice transitions between kicks and punches. But honestly, it was also a bit boring, I would prefer to have more combos with less reps.

                              Honestly, I did way better than I initially thought I'll do.
                              That was super tough program, I kinda liked it, but I don't think that I'll go through that torture once again.
