Oh, you sneaky hidden (half?) burpees. This time I'll fully agree, that definitely was lethal workout. Unfortunately it's really hard to keep good push-up for during combos.
I'll need to focus on my wrist strength again because the feeling during push-ups wasn't pleasant. BTW I did push-ups 2 last sets on dumbbells.
-Gravity+ (LVL II, 2min rest)
20 bicep curls
20 renegade rows
5 sets, 2 min rest
I was focusing on eccentric (lowering super slow) parts of the exercises. It was pretty nice, felt the burn.
Although it was pretty tough (and long) workout I really enjoyed it.

It was quite hard and I didn't like it too much.
I enjoyed my day today, I did a lot stuff on field and I was overall in really good mood (and the weather was awesome).
Until...
...I took a 'progress photo' (and immediately deleted it). Progress? What progress, what have I done to myself, I look like a piece of s**t.
It didn't look that bad in the mirror.
Honestly, I lost whole my motivation, I'm mad and I don't believe in my plan anymore.

funny you should have posted that because I just started at your first post today and noticed, once again, what a fit guy you are! I don't know how to encourage you, except that it's just not possible that you've made no progress............ and a lot of us dislike the way we look - gosh how perfectly imperfect we all are!
Like because of exercise, but hesitated because of the pic... Remember, pics lies. Yes, image can be a problem, and with what you do, you do are fitter than most. Hugs.
I wonder how I did that photo from the first post, because It's from the opposite side of the spectrum. Maybe I was fit, but also super skinny (around 55-57kg) and I didn't looked like this in reality (at least not that good).
Now I'm almost 15kg heavier and numbers say that I'm bigger.
So yeah I did progress but only on paper, I just simply can't see it, especially now when I have big blob of fat instead of abs.
I'll just try to think positive and continue with my plan.
Don't let it get you down, I-Matanjah, you're doing great stuff here as we can all see! Progress is never in a straight line and you are always moving forwards.
Your last sentence in that last post is the thing you should definitely try to do!
Pictures can really be deceiving. A lot depends on lighting, posture and camera angle. I could perfectly take two photos of myself right now and make them look like before / after pictures, just by turning some lights on, flexing my arms and sucking in my stomach.
And maybe you've put on some fat, but there's nothing unhealthy about it considering what your current measurements are. You are healthier and stronger overall, and that's what matters.

Much better and more enjoyable than yesterday's one.
Push-up holds were pretty tough, especially first few sets, later it got a bit easier (shouldn't be opposite?)
I survived all wall sits without any problems.
Although I was super tired after work it was a really pleasant (and slightly challenging) workout.

I don't like going to failure and this was all to failure workout.
Some exercises (push-ups, calf raises, overhead punches) I could do properly to failure, but others were... boring..
I did lots of stuff on a farm today (19500 steps).
And it was pretty good day food-wise, not perfect but I'm heading in the right direction
You may wonder what happened.
I just don't have any strength left, I'm like a deflated tire. My shoulders hurt pretty badly. That what happens when you mix up (pretty demanding) physical work with hard workouts.
