        Friday I did 2*10 one legged bridges, 2*30 sec wall squat, tree, meditation 8 mins. Abs challenge Day 12, Athena Day 25. Step count : 11,245 steps.
        Saturday I did Athena Day 26, 2*10 one legged bridges with 10 sec hold finish, 30 one leg deadlift each leg, tree, and Abs challenge Day 13. Step counts : 12,443 steps.
        Sunday / today i did 2*10 one legged bridges, 2*30 sec wall squat, tree, meditation 8 mins. yoga (downdog app) 10 mins, Abs challenge Day 14, Athena Day 27. Step counts : 1,537 steps. Oh well...

        Yesterday I was running around like crazy, but it was a good day. For the Salvation army Kettle ringing, people gave quite nicely, and I went to see "Crime on the Orient express" with one of my best friends.
        Today I also managed to kick a good to-do list, so that feels good too.

        18 days of exercise in a row..

        ETA : actually I am at Day 28 of Athena, no idea where I went wrong. But I did'em, I swear, LOL!

            Yesterday I did 2*10 one legged bridges with 10 sec hold finish, 30 one leg deadlift each leg, tree, abs challenge Day 15, Athéna Day 29, meditation 8 mins.
            Step count : 10,614 steps.
            19 days of exercise.

            ETA : it's been a few days since I wanted to type this, but kept forgetting : I am not taking part in the snowfight (Too many burpees! It really piles up fast - look how our dear raccon has nearly disappeared under the snowballs ), so sorry for those who pelted me. But have fun!

              Work is ... maddening, but we shall survive, and even overcome, non mais!!!

              Now I hesitate :
              Start Totals (light exercise through the day), which is also the last level II program I haven't completed yet , and once that is done, start the new RP prgram (carbon and dust) OR ironborn if I have been nice enough to receive a set of dumbells in my Christmas stockings ...
              Or "fill out" the last days of the year with maybe the Katana week and WoD, and on January 1st start Adriene's new yoga month-long program (and add one of the cardio-based challenges to keep burning energy).

                                Happy Badge Day! I'd go with doing Totals or doing "fill-ins" and start New Year with relaxing and rejuvenating yoga!
