Probably, but it doesn't mean much. She lives in a rainy place.

LOL, well, Paris and end February... my rain-making mojo was rather easy to prove, indeed. And chuckles at Redline - yes, we know, Marseille's wonderful weather and all that

And of course my kinesitherapy exercises.
Yesterday evening, I took off the knee taping (as asked by the kinesitherapist - as I see him again tonight), and ooh boy... this morning, it hurts. Sigh - I got my hopes probably too high, as the taping was really relieving me, and I shouldn't expect miracles after a week, but ... it's disheartening.

But if it works, it probably just means I need more time, and patience. Patience, little wolvie!
There we go, have a good day, bees!

The kinesitherapist confirmed my knee was all swollen again, but couldn't pinpoint why. bad sleeping position? Wrong move when I walked? The fact that yesterday was rainy and cold?
At least his massages were a relief - then I came back home and lied down on my couch with ice on my right knee and Luna - kitty cuddling against my left knee and purring. I cannot even begin to say how much of a mood-booster she is, my sweet, silly silver-clad girl with the golden eyes...

K e l l y , thanks for asking... Today it is OK, but yesterday (I think maybe because of the rain and cold) it hurt again a good deal. So not authorised yet to start again exercising, even foundation light.. SIgh, patience, patience!

So, Today is Day 18 of Posture challenge, and I did the

I think I may do some advance planning - the random button seems to bring me often to the same exercises. so...
                  Monday office push ups
                  Tuesday arms and shoulder stretch
                  Wednesday chest and back light
                  Thursday upper body press
Friday Chest and lower back stretch
                  Saturday catch and release
                  Sunday boxer arms.

Thank all the dareteam for those office exercises, they really help me to not miss exercising too much!

                    Hello bees!
Yesterday was Day 19 of posture challenge, and mini-workout was office push-ups.

It was moving day at the office - quite tiring, but the computer seems to work, so that's a win

                    Have a great day bees!

The computer working is probably the most important part of that move. Wait, no, your knee working properly after the move is the most important part.

Awww, wjs that is sweet Since we are a fairly large (around 800 people on this site) and semi-public office, we have Professional movers, so no worry for my knee (and my co-worker's back). We try to go as much paper-less as possible, so that helps with moving days too (some I had planned some discussions with people outside of my department (so, not moving) so I was able to at least make some progress when we were computer-less. What is a bit less fun is that we may have to move again within 2 months, so I am not yet putting nails on the wall to prettify the office.

Yesterday was Day 20 of posture challenge, and "arms and shoulders stretch".

Oh, and I searched for the product for my knee infiltration next week... 7 pharmacies. I had to go through 7 pharmacies to find a suitable replacement to the one I was prescribed... There are some deep flaws in our health system, trust me. I am thankful for it - I had major open-heart surgery when I was 4 years old without it costing a dime to my parents, gotta remember the good sides! But sometimes it drives me nuts. And certain drugs missing repeatedly in our pharmacies is one of those flaws.

Yesterday was Day 21 of posture challenge, and "workout" was "Chest and back light".
                          Good day.
However, it seems like I may be getting irritated by the knee taping - when I got it out yesterday evening, it was all red, and I still have a noticeable eruption where it was. Guess that means a few days tape-less, and good hydrating of the skin.

Today is Day 25 of the posture challenge, and workout is boxers arms.

Drat, I am soon going to have to find another challenge that doe not involve knees (and I am allowed wall planks, but not lower planks yet)...
