LOL at the exchange between lpf and Redline Ah, to be or not to be a good girl...
MissMolly , I suppose you mean consecutive day badges? First one I see is at 15 days. And yes, I will reclaim it when time will come, non mais!
And grins and hugs Colin , thank you. Drakarys is from Game of Thrones (sorry if I am captain obvious), it is the command that one of the characters, Danaerys, the Mother of Dragons (well, she went into a fire to get dragon eggs to hatch, so they're like her kiddos!), uses, to ger her dragons to throw flames at her ennemies. So, yes, it's good. Unless you are her ennemy

.Yesterday I did warrior III, pistol squats, clamshells, sit up prep exercises, meditation, and 15 mins restaurative yoga (with the downdog app). That felt good! 12,887 steps.

        8 consecutive days of exercise.

Simple (except those deadlift- twists. Tried my best, I hope I did them correctly ...), but efficient.

I had kinda of intended to run, rather, but the weather is back to February and downright nasty...
Oh well. Tomorrow should be better.

However, I heard something upsetting at the gym ... talks that the gym may be sold to another franchise this fall, one of those teachers-less, video based franchises .... NOOOO!
I like the trainers. I love the crossfit-like classes, and am afraid not to find the same kind, adapted for me , in another gym.
Please, let that be wrong. I will have a little chat with my trainer next week, to have a feel if it was idle talk or real.
I know, stuff changes. This winter I will move (sell my appartment starting mid September or October, and then as soon as that's done search for another place, using my parents's pad as middle point depending on how the timeline works. I am very; very privileged to have that option), so depending a little on where I land , I know I may have needed to change, but still...
