Fittingly, that song is called "The Wanderer".

        Thanks BlackButler ! Pika-pika!
Learning new songs, thanks wjs and Lyra_H_W

Yesterday I did sit up preps exercises, 2*10 pistol squats, side lying leg raises with an elastic band, warrior III, meditation, and WOD at level II with EC:

And the crossfit class at the gym. Step count : 12,493 steps.

468 consecutive days of exercise - or 1 year and 103 days (it may be easier to count it that way, forward).

Yesterday I did sit ups prep exercises, warrior III, 2*10 one legged bridges, clamshells, meditation, 10,997 steps a,d 15 mins restaurative yoga. 11,147 steps.

1 year and 104 consecutive days of exercise.

lpf , I seems to remember someone leading a serie of Darebee workouts during a geeks (intended nicely, BTW) meet, was it you?

My goals for the next 2 weeks, if weather permits (i.e. if the wind is not too cold to run by the beach):
            Sunday run
            Monday strength workout
            Tuesesday run
            Wednesday upper body strength workout
            Thursday long run
            Friday recuperation run
            Saturday restaurative yoga

How does that sound? It's kinda a mix between the runner training plan and some previous things I had seen.

I am pondering, after the vacations, how to best mingle Darebee, the gym, and running again (gotta pick it up as days get longer). My "obligations" are that on Monday I usually come home too late for running (at least during "school year"), and my favorite crossfit like teacher is the Tuesday guy. So I am thinking something like
Monday darebee workout (HIIT or strength depending on the week before)
            Tuesday crossfit like class
            Wednesday run
            Thursday weight machines at gym
            Friday run
            Saturday run
            Sunday restaurative yoga.

if I can't do Tuesday, that'd be something like

Monday darebee workout (HIIT or strength depending on the week before)
Tuesday darebee workout to complete the Monday
            Wednesday weight machines at gym
            Thursday crossfit like class
            Friday run
            Saturday restaurative yoga
            Sunday run

Any comments on that structure? My overall goal is to run enough for my endurance, and still squeeze in some whole body, muscle building.

Looks like some good plans, PSW. A schedule that gets you to the activities you enjoy, and which is not torture to maintain, is important. And the HIIT training will help with your running endurance too.

and thanks for chiling in, Rainbow Dragon .I noticed afterwards I did not take into account the fact that some time this year, I may get authorized to work from home on Tuesday (well, I got the authorisation, but it is the specific computer and securised access that will take time), that may switch things a little bit. But we will see!

So, Thursday I did sit up preps exercises, 2*10 pistol squats, side lying leg raises with an elastic band, warrior III, meditation, and WOD at level II with EC. Yeees, that's it, I was thinking of sleep_twitch 's class! But it's fun you were able to meet TheRaven , lpf , I am kinda jealous

Today I did sit ups prep exercises, warrior III, 2*10 one legged bridges, clamshells, and I ran nearly half an hour
There is a heck of a wind, so I managed one direction by the sea, but for the return, I had to duck and take side-streets inland, to limit the wind. My earwarmer was getting blown off my head. Anyhow, it felt awesome running again.

Can't get enough of this view...
