                Thanks to all - tried to give individual thanks but it keeps bugging.

                Friday I did sits up exercise sequence, 2*10 one legged bridges, side lying leg raise, warrior III, no meditation, 14,125 steps, and SuperHero Speed workout.

                Saturday I did sits up exercise sequence, 2*10 pistol squats, clamshells, warrior III, meditation, over 10,00 steps, and SuperHero Endurance workout.

                Sunday I did sits up exercise sequence, 2*10 one legged bridges, side lying leg raise, warrior III, meditation, over 10,000 steps, and SuperHero abs workout.

                459 consecutive days of exercise.

                        Thanks BlackButler and daejamurrachan ! Redline , it's not done yet, LOL. I have to do some little adaptations (short breaks, and changed the clapping push-ups to "bouncing" push ups), but so far so good.

                              Yesterday I did meditation, SuperHero upperbody workout (so Superhero week is mine!), and walked 19,955 steps.
                              Yep, not a typo. Near double of the requirement ...

                              Because I went to Paris's agricultural fair, and walked a lot there. Lots of farm animals of different species and breeds, really fun to walk through.
                              And my favorite, and the reason why I go there carrying a backpack : a whole section with stands with all the local French delicacies... Wine, foie gras of course, but also different kinds of cold cuts, cheese, alcoholic cider, beer, juices, jams, honey, all the local sweets and cakes, and so much more...

                              I came back with a bottle of wine (white wine, quite sweet, for dessert or foie gras), a bottle of apple juice (true one from the farm), a peach aperitive drink, nougat, tea, chocolate (of course France does not grow the tea and cocoa, but they add some French products in it, and it is confectioned in France), jams, and coppa (a cold cut from Corsica - but also Italia, made with a pigs's neck mucles).

                              Yeah, we French do not care at all about food!
