    Today I did sits up exercise sequence, 2*10 pistol squats, clamshells, warrior III, Gravity Day 20, meditation. 10,996 steps.

        Yesterday I did sits up exercise sequence, 2*10 pistol squats, clamshells, warrior III, Gravity Day 22, meditation. After work was the crossfit-like class, always tons of fun! Though two exercises gave me trouble : rope jumps, and pull ups
        No big surprise for either : I neved did much rope jumping as a little girl, bot because of endurance et because I am so uncoordinated. Luckily the coach offered jumping jacks as variations so I could avoid stumble all around on the other people exercising And for pull ups... He suggested negative pull ups, but just jump on the bar and end up with arms in right posture ? ahem..... So, it was dead hang and from that, lift up the knees. Still already a good exercise. I know what I will work on with the coach once that the sit ups are conquered!

              This morning I did sits up exercise sequence, 2*10 pistol squats, clamshells, warrior III, Gravity Day 26, meditation. It will be my off day for steps.**

                Today sits up exercise sequence, 2*10 one legged bridges, side lying leg raise, warrior III, Gravity Day 27, 10,700 steps. Day off for meditation.

                Weather is lovely, lovely enough to call for running ... But I have been fighting migraine all WE long, and still photo/phono sensitive so going out in the sun and where kids scream does not seem smart... Drat.

                Oh well, this shall pass (it's hormonal. Oh the lovely feminine hormone cycle... I hate it!).

                Still, 452 consecutive days of exercise, and goals reached for this week (meditation, steps, and gym twice).

                  I hope your migraine passes quickly. I've been dealing with sinus pressure headaches the past few days, so while I don't have the same problems*, I still feel your pain.









                  *Those problems being sound and light sensitivity. So glad I don't have to deal with those while also being nearly unable to breathe through my nose.

                            Wednesday, I did sits up exercise sequence, 2*10 one legged bridges, side lying leg raise, warrior III, meditation, Gravity Day 30, 14,579 steps. After work, crossfit-like class
                            And thanks Redline , I did not post yesterday because the connection clearly was unstable - but yes, badge time! That server change was a big thing.


                            Yesterday, I did sits up exercise sequence, 2*10 one legged bridges, side lying leg raise, warrior III, meditation, freeform yoga for about 15 mins, and 11,371 steps.

                            Next days I will be trying that super hero week serie, should be fun if I can make it!
