    BECAUSE it is the center of fashion you can only find things to fit fashionable body type there..silly wjs.

    PetiteSheWolf do you have some simple "little black dress"? Or other basic color, even if it is the sheath dess to a suit for work? Because awesome shoes/accessories to dress up a more basic dress might be easier to hunt for.

      And 'rin , yep, I got a "summer" and a "winter" little black dress, it is a staple. You're right, I could try to twist the accessories I wear with them, haven't tried that in a while.

      Yesterday I did sit-up exercise sequence, 2*10 one legged squats , clamshells, warrior III, 30 days of Gravity Day 8, meditation, and 11,061 steps.

        Yesterday I did sits up exercise sequence, 2*10 one legged bridges, side lying hip abduction, warrior III, and 30 day of Gravity - D9. After work, crossfit-like class. Step count : 11,786 steps.

        433 consecutive days of exercise.

        And ... I alm almost there for sit ups!!! I still "roll" a little bit, but much less than a month ago, and my lower back is clearly more supple. The class teacher was the coach who had given me instruction for the sit ups preparation, and was quite pleased with the results, yesterdat evening

            Thanks daejamurrachan ! I think it comes from years of having a weak core - so I tensed my lower back to "try" protect it, by reflex. But that can be undone!

                Yesterday I did sit-up exercise sequence, 2*10 one legged squats , clamshells (balance was included in Gravity), 30 days of Gravity Day 12, meditation, and 10,956 steps.
                Today I did sits up exercise sequence, 2*10 one legged bridges, clamshells, warrior III, and a weights class at myg ym. Step count : 8,396 steps so far, I expect to reach my goal when going out for dinner with a friend. Meditation yet to be done too.

                437 consecutive days of exercise.

                  So, finally I did 13,289 steps yesterday, but no meditation.

                  Today I did sit-up exercise sequence, 2*10 one legged bridges, side lying leg raise, warrior III, 30 days of Gravity Day 13, meditation.

                  So, this week I did meditation 6 days out of seven, and at least 10,000 steps six days out of seven (definitly not today), and went to the gym twice. So, goals reached!

                  438 consecutive days of exercise.

                      Yesterday I did sit-up exercise sequence, 2*10 one legged bridges, side lying leg raise, warrior III, 30 days of Gravity Day 15, forgot the meditation. 11,312 steps. And to wrap it off, crossfit-like class at my gym.

                                Thanks for the cheering, Colin , love those sheeps! And "reliable" is a good adjective ... At work, I really try to deserve that.

                                Yesterday I did sits up exercise sequence, 2*10 pistol squats, clamshells, warrior III, Gravity Day 18 , meditation. Then I went to the gym, did the weight machines, ran on the threadmill, and saw my coach regarding the site ups - paging Damer since you asked to be updated
                                I an nearly there with sit ups, he made me work on breathing out well on the return - and that helps a lot !!! He also have me some exercises to open my hips correctly to help the motion, so there we go. It's surprising how in a month I progressed, really!

                                11,717 steps yesterday.

                                Today I did sits up exercise sequence, 2*10 one legged bridges, side lying leg raise, warrior III, Gravity Day 19, meditation. So far 6,997 steps, may do more, I will tell tomorrow

                                444 consecutive days of exercise. Like that number !
