    There are just nine, WJS, they're trained to follow tourists so you're never more than 100 yards from a sheep. Scottish sheep are rubbish; they're very unreliable and, to be honest, often quite violent.

                    Wednesday I did yoga (rest from the crossfit class), and started the Turkey challenge As well as meditation, and walked 10,343 steps.

                    Thursday I did Epic Five Day 20, finished the Turkey challenge - 31 turkeys total, did shoulder and neck yoga, warrior III, 2*10 one legged bridges, 2*10 pistol squats, meditation, and walked 11.778 steps .

                    367 consecutive days of exercise. Now let's aim for 2 years, LOL!

                        Yesterday Friday I did Epic Five Day 21, lower back yoga, warrior III, 2*10 side lying hip bridges, 2*10 bridges, 30 reverse crunches, meditation, and walked 11,041 steps .

                        Today I did 15 mins treadmill and a 45 min weights class that was lots of fun. Tired, though - I also woke up early (for a Saturday) to go with my best friend book next year's vacation. Meditation, and 10,190 steps already; definitely still more today since I still have to go out to restaurant with friends.

                        369 consecutive days of exercise.

                          Yesterday Sunday I did Epic Five day 22, meditation, and walked 10,034 steps. Did not expect to do my 10,000 steps yesterday, but the bus I sometimes take to go to Church must have had some issues, and was annouced for 20 min later - meaning it was as speedy for me to walk all the way.

                              Yesterday Epic Five day 24, meditation, and 11,332 steps.
                              Quantity of sleep is slightly problematic - between staying late to prepare some documentation for my cousin (long story ... not fun, but had to be done), still exercising as usual, Saturday mornings early on because of plumber / travel agency (we had no other common time to do it with my friend), and external disruptors (new neigbour just up my appartment had such a huge row with BF we had to call the police at 1 AM... And doorbell ringing at night - not sure if it was ambulances or some rando trying to get in the building), I have accumulated too-short nights. Gah. We will see what I can do about it this WE.
