    Thanks colinclean , aveoturbo , sleep_twitch and HellYeah80 . As it was not getting any better, and fever was getting higher, I had to go to the doctor who put me under antibiotics. Ah, such is life. But starting to feel better!

    Tuesday I did meditation, ninja challenge Day 16 1 minute, Cardio HIIT Day 16 level II, and 12,100 steps.
    Yesterday Wednesday I did Ninja Challenge Day 17 one min, Cardio HIIT Day 17 level I, and 11,751 steps. no meditation.

    332 consecutive days of exercise - phew, managed not to loose the streak.

        Yesterday I did Ninja Challenge Day 18 one min, Cardio HIIT Day 18 level I - still very tired, meditation, and 10,922 steps.

        Taking today and next Monday off work to rest. See ya, bees!

              BTW step count will not be good, because of said rest. But heck...

              Friday I did no meditation, Ninja Challenge Day 19 one min, Cardio HIIT Day 19 level II , some unofficial community challenge stuff, 8,130 steps.

              Saturday I did meditation, Ninja Challenge Day 20 one min, Cardio HIIT Day 20 level II, some unofficial community challenge stuff, 11,827 steps.

              Sunday I did meditation, Ninja Challenge Day 21 one min, Cardio HIIT Day 21 level II , 60 side kicks 60 front kicks and 60 bokken cuts for the unofficial community challenge, Warrior III, 30 reverse crunches, 2*10 side lying butt bridges (name escapes me, LOL), 1,498 steps.

              Today Monday I did meditation, Ninja Challenge Day 22 one min, Cardio HIIT Day 22 level II 60 side kicks 60 front kicks and 60 bokken cuts for the unofficial community challenge, warrior III, 50 crunches, 2*10 one legged bridges , 2*10 pistol squats from low bench. Step count not yet ready but will be low.

                Wow, full week went by so fast, between being still tired from sinus stuff and working - lots, to leave stuff in good state before my vacations. Saturday we drove to Bretagne - a loooong drive as we encountered two sizable accidents.

                So, basically, I did every day Ninja Challenge, and every day but yesterday Cardio HIIT (did some yoga before bed to keep the streak). Tuesday to Friday, I did my 10,000 steps. Meditation was off and on. And yesterday I did some for the unofficial community quest.

                Today Ninja Challenge Day 28, cardio HIIT Day 27, meditation, shoulder and back yoga, 2*10 side bridges with ten secs finish, 30 reverse crunches, and exercise for the unofficial community quest.

                Step count risks being low in the next days if the weather does not cooperate, but we will see. Vacations, sweet vacations!

                        Today Ninja Challenge Day 29, cardio HIIT Day 28, meditation, lower back yoga, 2*10 one legged bridges with ten secs finish (also counting for the unofficial community quest), 50 crunches, Warrior III.

                        Thanks sleep_twitch , Ann-Core and colinclean , enjoying the rest and the good air. And of course walked to make sure the sea did not escape There is a huge sailing race (La route du Rhum : the rhum road, Bretagne to Caraibs) that's getting ready nearby, so lots of activity, and huuuuuge catamarans and trimarans getting ready.

                          Today Ninja Challenge Day 30, cardio HIIT Day 29, meditation, neck and shoulder yoga, 2*10 one side lying hip bridges with ten secs finish, Warrior III. For the community quest I did 2*20 one legged bridges and 10 half wipers.
                          I also took a good nice run, a little more than half an hour, along the sea.It is quite cold, but the light was lovely, and running there .... Just lifts up my spirits so much!

                              Vacation is still great, I am progressing nicely on one branch of my genealogical tree
