Thank you HellYeah80 , I-Matanjah , Redline (no bear nor moustache, but my magnificent wolf fur, non mais! ) , aveoturbo , wjs , TheLibrarian , sleep_twitch , xingyiquan , BlackButler (arooo back!), Peterpan , Knirin and daejamurrachan !

Yesterday I did meditation, warrior III,2*10 pistol squats, neck and shoulder yoga, and Day 1 of Carbon and Dust. Also did 200 high knees for the unofficial community quest, and went to the gym (I will tell more later this week), where I ran about 15 mins, and did a 45 mins class than included lots of squats, and other fun exercises that added up for the unofficial community quest.

The class was not really hard (level II, I would say), but longer than my usual Darebee workout. And knowing that I had already exercised + ran, and today I also did exercise this morning and will againt tonight - as I see a trainer for the first time... Something tells me tomorrow is gonna be an active rest day. Glutes, abs and quads are already sore, LOL!

              Step count : 13,073 steps.

              308 consecutive days of exercise.

                  Thanks MissMolly

Yesterday I did meditation, 2*10 side-lying bridges, 50 crunches, 100 high knees (unofficial community quest - thanks Redline for teh work, BTW! ), lower back yoga, warrior III, Carbon and Dust Day 2. At the gym the trainer showed me the machines - those one are pretty cool as they recognise a chip you wear on a bracelet and put themselves both to your size (a big advantage for definitly-unusually-sized me) and known strength. I still have to understand how the progression will happen, but right now I am sore all over, LOL. Step count : 11,393 steps.

                  309 consecutive days of exercise.

Yeah, I guess being tall as a tower is pretty unusually-sized... *grin*

Is there a way to freestyle the machines? I'd hate limits personally.

Nods to xingyiquan , it is! Fairly impressive. and aveoturbo , there are plenty more "classic" machines around, so you could do it more freestyle. And very true, wjs ! Now if I say I feel rusty, that's gonna sound very bad, right?!

Yesterday was active rest day, to give my poor DOMS-y iron body a chance to recover, LOL. I did meditation, warrior III,2*10 pistol squats, 2*10 one-legged bridges, 30 reverse crunches, neck and shoulder yoga, a 15 mins down-dog-yoga-app session, and for the unofficial group quest 100 Straight punches,100 uppercuts, and 50 front kicks. Step count : 10,250 steps.

And 310 consecutive days of exercise.

Look at you getting into full ninja-warrior-spartan-marathon-runner mode while I was gone ^^ Belated congrats on all your achievements over the last couple of month, wolfie!
                            And belated happy birthday.
