    Finished 20x3 running yesterday! Today 2 mile walk/run. Yoga cool down, wall pushups challenge days 11-12, w balance breaks, baby shark abs challenge.

    90 minutes after a few days off. Walk/jog 2 miles, abs of steel days 1-2, arms of steel days 1-2, wall pushups days 5-6. Low energy day, but I pushed through.

    Walked 1.5 miles. So hot and humid today. Yoga cool down. FINISHED IMPOSSIBLE ABS!!!
