          60 m: yoga warm up, WOD, DD, impossible abs d 24 (noticed my plank wasn’t level. When I leveled out, I couldn’t finish ), August back challenge day 4, yoga cool down, good workout!

            Tried paddle board yoga on Saturday. So much fun! 3mi beach walk on Sunday, 2mile walk run and yoga today.

                          90 minutes after a few days off. Walk/jog 2 miles, abs of steel days 1-2, arms of steel days 1-2, wall pushups days 5-6. Low energy day, but I pushed through.
