            Hey! Congrats on the badge!

What are your general workout goals? Are you prepping for a new program? You seem to have a consistent routine down, so good job with that! That's half the battle right there!

First things first. I just want to get back in the habit of breaking a sweat daily. I fall off the wagon easily. I work long hours, sit long hours, and stress long hours. I want to work on strength, endurance and flexibility. I can't do a full push-up or a pull-up! I wouldn't mind losing 15 lbs along the way. Right now I'm working on the 30 day balance challenge, and the 100 daily dare badge. Only 90 to go! Any suggestions?

The only suggestion that I have is if you want to do pushups and pullups, then you have to practice those movements. The body adapts to what we throw at it!

To start with pullups, this video has been recommended.

To start with pushups, practice pushups from your knees and planks.

There's a new workout posted every day, which some people here use as a "workout of the day" type thing. It includes "rest days" that are more focused on flexibility and endurance, mixed with strength days. You might also be interested in the 30 days of gravity program - any program that increases your strength will boost your metabolism. The numbers on the scale might not get lower (muscle weighs more than fat) but your body will change and tone. You won't get bulky like a male bodybuilder, I promise!

Whatever you decide, keep us posted! You're doing great, and I'm totally looking forward to seeing the changes that happen in you
