    I'm sure that I'll need to do this program 2-3 times to do it as it should be done, but my idea is:

    I'm losing weight in my kitchen and I love to gain strength. So let's move in this direction

      Lunges, for example, became pretty easy exercise for me not through regular practice, but through a lot of times of Full-Body Kettlebell

                    Very cool day. I've done first three exercises, and the fourth felt just like the one my body needed. I don't know how to explain it correctly -.I'm just starting final exercise and my body just "Yeah!"

                            Today:
                            Fountain of Youth (level 3) . Awesome warm-up, had absolutely no interest in any activity today, but after it I successfully managed to do Full-Body Kettlebell.

                              I was on vacation, so it has been more rest days and plenty of walking - 6-9 km per day

                              Now, due to the end of vacation on Sunday, it's time to get back

                                This week things go fine:
                                I walk more than 10000 steps every day - since the beginning of the month half of the work time
                                I work as a Clinical Trial Assistant, and with all the paperwork around the office I get 10k steps easily
