    Well, we'll do the second part of the vaccine on March 6th (It's Sputnik V, so it goes in two parts).
    It's strange: in Moscow you can go to the nearby mall and get a vaccine in a special fully equipped office, but there's almost no queue - nobody wants to get his 5G chip

              OK, it seems like I found a weak spot....
              Don't know why, but I decided to do abs training today.
              I took Weider 6 pack complex, I have a great app on my phone for this.
              I've done the first day (which is basically nothing) and now it seems that this first day has done me

              It was really hard, not like I injured myself or anything, but it felt like a really weak abs.
              So now one day a week will be for abs training, I'm pretty sure
