        The Architect. When I did it a year or so ago, it felt hard as hell. I wanted to master it.
        Today it felt pretty easy. I have some technique stuff that I need to correct, but it wasn't something scary.

        It's because of kettlebell, I guess

                I do the workout, listen to music (A Day to Remember). Everything is fine. The song "Resentment" starts playing. All cool.
                Then, just before kettlebell swings, a BREAKDOWN HITS.
                Kettlebell swings became kettlebell headbangs.
                Nice.
