      Tone Xpress - finished.
      I had more serious progress with it, than with Ironborn

      Coming up next - Core Strength. I feel such big gainz of power in my limbs, that my core needs to catch up with them in it's development.

      Currently Krav Maga still goes twice a week via Zoom, and CS seems like a good add-on for it

                First - Happy New Year!

                Krav-Maga ended last summer. Our coaches told us: we have given you online everything we can give, if you want to continue - come work IRL.
                Their group still exists, but I decided to postpone my practice due to Covid-19. Some people treat it more seriously, some not - it's fine.

                I had no Covid (maybe only asymptomatic, don't know. Me and Neutra are fine).

                I bought a kettlebell - that's one of the greatest things I've ever done for my home training, you know

                What are the plans for now? Don't know. It's dangerous to come up with plans - I could say "THIS YEAR WILL BE THE YEAR OF MY HEALTH AND WORK ACHIEVEMENTS", and Third World War/Covid-21/Global crisis will come and say "Ah yeah, sure, man. Your achievements. How could I explain you... ".

                I'll just write and see where it goes.
