    Hello, world, hello, folks!
    Time for some more checking-in.
    I'm from Moscow, 24 years old. I work in pharmacy, play bass guitar and sing. I'll get a band later.
    What about my fitness? I was always fat, and the problem is - over-eating to deal with emotions (not the best situation with parents, some idiots in school: "ha-ha, fatty!". ). That was awful. I did some capoeira, gym trainings, but, because of hard studying in Uni, I still ate a lot. A lot, and wrong...
    What do I have now?
    1.88 m , 110 kg, the love of my wife ,pretty good hands and legs (they need to be trained, of course, but now they are fine), absolutely bad upper body and belly (I wish to do plank, but it's too hard for my joints >< ), and sometimes this over-eating habit comes back %} .

    I finished Foundation Program (Foundation Light felt too easy for me), did 40 Daily Dares, 25 with EC. Now I do the Balance Challenge and sometimes the Spartacus Workout (amazing hard thing I found in the Internet). And in the end I decided to do this log to figure out how to do things best.

    You definitely came to the right place for achieving your goals, I can tell you that - the Hive is very helpful, filled with unconditional inspiration and motivation. Good luck on your path!

              Today I have some recovery. I did the Balance Challenge, it's fine. And also I had a great hand workout - my bass guitar teacher is very strict)
