          Biking session : 34,5 KM - 98 minutes ( back pain + knees pain)

          So angry at myself. Today I was feeling that my right knee was hurting me so I decided to go on the road on bike (to ease the knee you know) and of course, i don't know what i've done but my knee hurt me so much now while it was exactly what I wanted to avoid

              Hope so too i don't want to loose my progression i feel that i can perform more push-ups for example xingyiquan
              And I'm feeling kinda in love with darebee concept . I feel that i think better since i start here, i'm less in the pain research, feeling that i listen to my feelings and guess what my workouts are better these days when i capable of listening to my body

                  life is a rollercoaster..very exciting one. Lots of ups and downs You say you see your darkness..well smile at it. Acknowledge it. You can't hide from yourself, but you can get stronger! Show no fear! Have a nice day

                          Today : really exhausted, work was terribly hard to do, had no breathe, really difficult to breathe ( iron deficiency to blame or the depression ?)
