Daily Dare - EC - 40 Folded Crunches
Day 1 - 30 Days Of HIIT - Cardio day - Level III - 15 rounds - 22minutes .... (modifiedwith some jump squat, goblet squat with dm & burpees with jumps and some with push-ups too push harder)

Day 4 - 30 Days Of HIIT Burpees - modified with burpees with push-ups and performed in 30sec/15sec rest x 10 rounds to get 5 minutes
