                Daily Dare - EC - 40 Folded Crunches
                Day 1 - 30 Days Of HIIT - Cardio day - Level III - 15 rounds - 22minutes .... (modifiedwith some jump squat, goblet squat with dm & burpees with jumps and some with push-ups too push harder)
                Day 1 - 90 Days of Action - Circuit day- Level II - 5 sets - 11min:43
