                Haven't been able to continue the adventure. The last few days have taken a lot out of me having to work overtime and being on call. I'm planning on seeing what the next chapter is tonight.

                    It looks like it's been a few days since I recorded a workout. I've been on call this past weekend. I resolve to work out tomorrow, depending on how I feel. I did not workout today because this morning I encountered a life-threatening situation. Anaphylaxis. I'm taking a medicine for a metabolic disorder, and today after taking the injections like I usually do, within seconds experienced symptoms of anaphylaxis. Injected an epi pen into myself and called our emergency hotline 911 to have them send medics out to check me out. Was taken to the emergency room and kept there under observation for 6 hours. I left the hospital with an elevated pulse and so I figured it wasn't a good idea to do anything strenuous. After a night's sleep, we'll see how it is tomorrow.

                          Today, I did some exercise. 20 minutes biking, and 2 sets, 10 reps of PROPER TRX rows. I added some exercises to my weeks. to break the monotony a little bit, while still doing Age of Pandora. I found an article going through the proper form for those things. It was a good read. I'm working on rearranging my apartment too. Got some boxes I'm going to make an exercise mat with.

                              Additional notes:
                              On my diet: Pretty much got breakfast and lunch under control now.

                              Breakfast:
                              2-egg omelette with kale
                              1 packet of maple brown sugar oatmeal
                              2 hashbrown patties
                              2 applesauce cups
                              coffee with hot chocolate mix

                              Lunch:
                              Chef Salad
                              banana
                              almond milk strawberry yogurt

                              Dinner is still somewhat of a problem child. I keep trying to cook for myself, but it doesn't work. I got fresh vegetables rotting in my fridge because I haven't been able to do anything with them. Been eating out too much recently. Had maintained 312 lbs for a while, but bumped up to 315 last week and have managed to keep it there, but I'm starting to lose a bit of my mind over. Part of me wants to think I'm packing on a few pounds for winter and my body has adjusted to the colder climate here. Another part knows it's because of the job switch (I sit in a chair at a desk all day now). All the other parts are trying to keep me going.

                              This idea behind doing all 60 days of Age of Pandora was to get my mind used to the idea that exercise is a must for me. I have diastolic hypertension (high bp runs in the family anyway) and my regular resting pulse is above 80bpm. I'm kinda avoiding my doctor because she wants to put me on blood pressure meds. When I weighed 280, I was eligible for gastrobypass. I can't run anymore. My foot swelled up from I'm guessing poor circulation... so yeah...it's a must.

                              My mind still thinks it's running a sprint, and I need it to think it's running a marathon or anything long distance.

                              This is the middle part where I start to question myself, but know I have to keep going, and I do, but I trudge along because I'm getting tired. I'll find my second wind here soon.
