      Did a super light work out tonight because I'm just really feeling exhausted.

      1 set of Epic Glutes
      1 set of Epic Calves

      I didn't want to work out, but I also didn't want to break my streak. It's the kind of exhaustion that settles in your muscles and many different things contribute. Tomorrow will be different and then it will be the weekend.

        Hey y'all,
        So I made through week 4. Crashed on Friday. After work I ended up konked out for 2 hours. woke up and tried to make it a point to work out, but it didn't happen. My body was catching up with itself and needed an extra day. Which helped a lot.

        I decided to start a program this week. I had Avatar on my mind, wanted to do Hero's Journey, but then some of the other adventure programs caught my eye. I didn't force anything upon myself, just let the desire flow, and chose Age of Pandora. Somehow I forgot that it was a 60-day program, but now here we are.

          I've been modifying things as I go for apartment living (but still keeping the same movements) and the floor boards where I usually workout creak now and I don't like creaky floor boards. So now I'm working on my kitchen linoleum which is not a lot of room.

            I tend to play video games on easy mode first so I can experience the story, so that's what I've been doing. Level I for the last couple days. Modifications for today's part of the story was such that I could up it a level. Still the same movements, though.

                Friday was kind of a rough day. Found out a good friend of mine is dying. He's a middle-age gentleman. I asked what happened and all I was told was that his liver and kidneys shutdown. I was in or near tears for most of the evening. I hadn't seen him before I moved, and was hoping to see him again sometime time. I didn't workout that evening, but I did make ir a point to pick it up the next day.

                        Well THAT was an odd weekend. Thursday and Friday I wasn't feeling very good at all so no exercise happened. It was like a deep-seated nausea and dizziness that I couldn't explain, so no work out happened those days. I resolved to make them up on Saturday, and I did get one day done.

                        However.
                        Started Day 12, but I had a list of chores I needed to get done. I somehow had more energy on Saturday than during the last two-three weeks so I wanted to take advantage of it. Sunday, I had very little energy to do any sort of work. I did manage another chore, but I was tired all day and didn't get any working out done. Decided I would start fresh on Monday and start Day 12 over.

                          I know you've dramatically changed your diet largely due to medical reasons. Have you verified with a nutritionist/doctor that you are still getting sufficient nutrients both macro (fat, protein, carbs) and micro (vitamins and minerals) and calories. That could be one reason for the low energy or dizziness for myself. Hope you are feeling better/less off either way.

                            aerochic I have been working with a dietician for my metabolic disorder who is making sure that I am regulating my protein intake and eating healthier foods. The medicine I'm currently on for my disorder I believe is contributing a large part, but also my water intake has been fluctuating as well was feeling restrictive about my food choices given certain conditions ranging from indigestion to not wanting to use the stove/oven when it's hot because my place is small. Today I am feeling a bit better, but realized I forgot to get stuff for lunch for the week
