    120 squat hold punches
    DD : it was 25 tricep extensions, but I am not able to do them, so I did 25 (4,4,8,9) up and down planks instead of the tricep extensions. Thus, no DD and no EC.

      DD : 60 Squat Hops, with EC. I didn't thought I could do this one.

      Cardio Trim : Day 10, level 1, knee push-ups, nothing unlocked. This day almost killed me. I HATE burpees.

          I have a question for Cardio Trim, Day 13 : to unlock the 3, I see : "non-stop basic burpees". Does that mean that I am allowed to do small breaks if I don't want to unlock ? Redline , Damer , neilarey ?

              Louve rose we always allow you to take micro-breaks to catch your breath if you have to, not everyone can do 20 burpees completely non-stop and that's ok so - yes.

                                I did some DD, I did each day the month challenge, every other day I did 1' (about 200) squat hold punches and I finished Cardio Trim yesterday (but I failed the days 13 and 25 - those with the burpees - so no little red square for me).

                                Done this morning :
                                Savior Workout, L3, EC.

                                Now I need guidance : I don't know what to do in the next days. I'd like to do Gravity but I can't do regular push-ups. I'd like to do Upper Body challenge but... there are a lot of push-ups in. Maybe could I do the Cardio & Abs challenge + choosing a workout among those for upper body, and not to worry if I only do knee push-ups ?
