I think that the Chat Room is the best place for such a thread, or the French section, but in this case the Flemish will be excluded and I'd find it a shame.
I clearly do not intend to exclude the Flemish. (i'm originally from France, so the whole "let's merrily bash each other whenever we can" between Walloon and Flemish is a foreign concept to me.

Half-marathon training plan : day 3, 20' run : 2,67 km, 8,01 km/h. I was too optimistic Tuesday, I thought that I should begin at week 3 but the weather is too hot, I was unable to run more than 21'10'' so I'll do the plan from the beginning..
( Nefisa , this speed leads to a half-marathon in 2h 45' I think that I'll do no more than the 12 km )
Walking : 2 x 20'
Food :
- Breakfast : strawberries macerated in honey, 1 kiwi, 1 banana, 1 orange, 1 fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp walnut oil, 1/2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp ground and grilled turmeric, 1 tbsp flax seeds + 1 tbsp sesame seeds + 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds freshly ground, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, a little bit freshly ground black pepper, 200 ml soy milk, all mixed together. Green tea with ginger, 1 cup
- Dinner : 300 ml vegetable soup
- In the afternoon : 1/2 glass of kombucha
- Supper : 300 ml vegetable soup, tabbouleh, ice cream
Well, 12 km is perfectly fine ! And I have a couple of lovely neighbors going for this distance at about that speed, so whatever happens, you'll have company !
