      256 squat hold punches
      June challenge : 200 high knees
      DD : 3 Minutes Calf Raise Hold, with EC and, at the same time :
      360 punches
      (no time for cardio blast )

                            Hello !

                            I'm here ! Our Internet has been down during one week. Britt0 , thank you to ask.

                            What I did during the last week :
                            WQ : 190 knee push-ups and 120 chops
                            DD (I phoned to a friend to know what they were) : 100 Leg extensions (EC), 2’ Tricep Dip Hold (1’, 30’’, 30’’), 50 Plank Jump-In (20,10,10,10), 100 Side to Side Leg Raises (EC), 60 Seconds Single Leg Hops (EC)
                            1220 squat hold punches
                            100 raised legs
                            Cardio Trim : Day 1 (unlocked 1,2,3), Day 2 (unlocked 1,2), Day 3 (unlocked 1,2,3), Day 4 (unlocked 1,2,3), Day 5 (unlocked 1,2,3), but I do kneepush-ups instead of regular push-ups
                            And a lot of high knees for the June Challenge.
