Yes, almost done, and I don't know what to do next. I thought about the 50 push-ups challenge (I can only do halfway push-ups, I want to be able to do real push-ups !) and the Cardio trim program (and the DD and the WQ when they are not too hard)

Louve rose can you do at least 4 push-ups with perfect form before modifying your range of motion by half? If not, the 50 push-ups might be a little difficult. I would suggest first working on strengthening your chest and triceps with wall push-ups or incline push-ups first. If you own some light dumbbells, you can also lay on the floor and do chest flyes. Start with the dumbbells up, above your chest, arms fully extended; only moving from the shoulders (keeping your arms extended), lower the weight to the floor then back to the starting position for 1 rep. Really give your chest a squeeze at the top by pressing the dumbbells together.

As for Cardio Trim, you're already doing the Cardio Blast, so Trim shouldn't be a problem for you at all! You could also look at anything HIIT.

No, I can't. I hoped that when i'd finish the challenge I could do at least one.

              wall push-ups or incline push-ups
I can do wall push-ups but incline push-ups are only half way, like the regular ones.

How many ? I read here that three "to failure" sets are nice but I don't want to do too much.

So you definitely need to work on building your chest more Louve rose before accepting any push-up challenges, in my opinion. The way I approach the challenges and programs is, if I can't complete the first day with perfect form, I need to do a little more work first. Your issue is from 90 degrees (or the floor) back to the starting position, correct? What about if you're on your knees? Take a look at this; see if it's something you think you could do.

As to the chest flyes, see how it feels. Start with 3 sets, 6 to 8 reps and see how it goes. If you're good with that, go 8 to 10 reps.

No, my halfway push-ups are from the up position. If I try to start on the floor, I just stay on the floor. Same on my knees.

About your link : the first one is easy, I just did 15 and it's ok. I'll stay on it for the 50 push-up challenge, it will not be the real challenge but I'll have good gradation.

So then Louve rose, if you do the push-ups challenge performing the push-ups like the first example from the link, you should be able to progress through the entire challenge and be able to repeat the challenge utilizing the second example or even regular/standard push-ups!

John_Salt and Britt0 , thank you. What motivates me are the changes I see in my body. It's incredible ! And the most incredible is that I have fun instead of feeling bored during the workout.
