You begin the swings at t=0, you do 10, you rest, you begin the second series of 10 swings at t=0 + 1 min, you rest, you begin the third series of 10 swings at t=0 + 2 min, you rest, ...... until you finish the 10 series.                               I understand completely now.

                              I don't think we have a term for that. We would just say, do 10 swings in one minute, rest the remainder of the time, then repeat 10 times -- much like your explanation.

                              I was trying to figure out kettlebells à la minute.
