    Done today (1/15) :
    DD : 40 Plank Jacks , EC
    Micro HIIT Challenge : Day 22
    Super Squat workout : L3
    40 Shrimp squats (20L/20R)
    My arms challenge : 6 hammer curls, 4 kg dumbbells, 6 sets/25'' rest (each arm)
    10 x 10 "in the minute" kettlebell swings (I have only a 4 kg kettlebell, I must buy an 8 kg one)
    1' 15'' elbow plank
    30'' side elbow plank (each side)
    Rower : 50 reps
    and some yoga during the rest time.

    I stop the Hero's Journey till Saturday, because I really want to do the "Bow and Arrow" weapon but the path is full of ice and the t° will not raise before the weekend.

    Meals :
    Breakfast : 1 kiwi, 1 banana, 1 orange, 1 tbsp walnut oil, 1/2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp ground and grilled turmeric, 1 tbsp flax seeds + 1 tbsp sesame seeds + 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds freshly ground, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, a little bit ground pepper, 200 ml soy milk, all mixed together. Green tea with ginger, 1 cup
    Dinner : 350 ml of vegetable soup, 1 "tarte al djote"
    In the afternoon : 1 banana
    Supper : 300 ml of vegetable soup with seaweeds, cucumber salad, 1 boiled egg, nuts
    + Omega 3, zinc, probiotics, iodine and water.

            Breakfast : 1 kiwi, 1 banana, 1 orange, 1 tbsp walnut oil, 1/2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp ground and grilled turmeric, 1 tbsp flax seeds + 1 tbsp sesame seeds + 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds freshly ground, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, a little bit ground pepper, 200 ml soy milk, all mixed together. Green tea with ginger, 1 cup
            Dinner : 1 surimi sandwich (not at home)
            Supper : Belgian fries, fried meat, cucumber salad
            + Omega 3, zinc, probiotics, iodine and water.

            Done yesterday (4/15) :
            1' squat hold punches

            1 hour walking with 4 x 5 min running

            Meals for yesterday :
            Breakfast : 1 kiwi, 1 banana, 1 orange, 1 tbsp walnut oil, 1/2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp ground and grilled turmeric, 1 tbsp flax seeds + 1 tbsp sesame seeds + 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds freshly ground, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, a little bit ground pepper, 200 ml soy milk, all mixed together.             In the afternoon : 1 banana
            Supper : lamb's lettuce salad, pasta with tomato sauce and cheese, dessert

            DD : 100 Side Leg raises , EC

            30 min Yoga

            Meals for today :
            Breakfast : 3 slices of wholemeal bread, 2 slices of gouda. Green tea with ginger, 1 cup
            Dinner : 3 parts of leek pie, 3 glasses of sparkling apple juice
            In the afternoon : some candies
            Supper : 350 ml of vegetable soup, 3 slices of wholemeal bread, 2 slices of gouda.

                    Yesterday there were some icy spots left on the path and today was Sunday, I spent the day with my daughter and my new granddaughter.

                              1' squat hold punches

                              Hero's Journey : day 21, L3. The "Bow and Arrow" part was included in a 4 km walk : first I walke1 km at a 6 km/h pace, then I did the 20 x 50m sprints (and just now I see that 20 x 50m = 1 km, I'm glad that I didn't do the math before sprinting) with 2 x 2' rest, and finished with 2 km at about a 5 km/h pace. (points : 6900 + 300 + 50 + 200 --> 7450 )
                              Yoga during the 2' rest of day 21
                              DD : 60 Seconds Tucked In Side Plank : failed. The left side was OK but the right side failed.
