    That I think is up to you @louverose. If you feel you haven't sufficiently completed the day, or think it vital to the remainder of your program, then by all means repeat as often as you like. You don't need to master every exercise, the important thing is that you try.

        When you say the burpees kill you, could you be a little more specific?
        Seriously: do you feel your legs are too fatigued to carry on after a while (from a muscle point of view), or is it a cardio thing (like, you find yourself too out of breath to go on)?

            Ok, so, I see different ways to deal with this:

            - just skip today. You'll do better on the other 29 days. A single day won't change much, and you still worked out anyway.
            Or:
            - try day 14 again (either tomorrow, or tonight if you feel like it), but only do 5 burpees per set.
            Or:
            - try day 14 again, but do the burpees more slowly and deliberately to make them easier. Instead of jumping into a plank, just bring one leg back after the other. And instead of plank jump-ins, just bring one leg forward, then the next, then get up. Take your time and go for a controlled movement. Remember basic burpees don't require you to do a push-up. Doing them like this will reduce the impact on your arms and be easier on your abs.

                  DD : 2' (360) squat hold punches, with EC
                  30 Days of Cardio Blast: day 14, level 1. For each set I did 3 regular basic burpees and 7 modified basic burpees as Redline explained.
                  And, because I meditate for several years, I began the Meditation Challenge three days ago (I add what is said in the challenge to my meditation routine)

                    Yesterday, I added 4x50 lateral wall run (funny, and good feelings in my abs )

                    Done today :
                    1’ (226) squat hold punches
                    30 Days of Cardio Blast: day 15, level 3
                    DD : 20 Pike Push-Ups, with EC (I did those push-ups more easily than regular ones)
                    4x50 lateral wall run
                    Meditation challenge : day 4
