    10' hypopressive exercises

    Too hot for Tabata or even 60 climbers. Planks were done during the hypopressive training.

    Alright, still going strong! What I like about this community is that it's on our own terms. I wouldn't call it cheating per se, it was more of an exploration of other options (this mentality is not applicable to real-life relationships).
