A really basic one. Some comments on the internet are good, some others are bad. For now mine is still in the box, I'll put it together after 1st January.
Danak , wjs , LORD MJ , Vliegendegieter : I didn't do 5000 high knees in one go, I did 5 x 1000 high knees with other exercices in between. And 5000 high knees is just a little bit more "steps" than when I run 30 min, and about 1500 "steps" less than when I run 40 min. So, why would be those 5000 HK too much when running 40 min is OK ? This is a real question.
Well, in my opinion, it really depends how intense the high knees were. If you brought your knees up to your waist and were going really fast, swinging your arms, then yes 5k was a bit too many. If you were going at a moderate pace and not as high, like in running, then 5k might not be too much.
And I'm sorry, I have worded myself poorly. I wanted to say 5k in one workout, not in one go.
