      Done yesterday :

      I met a friend at 10 a.m. (unexpected meeting), we spoke together, then went to the restaurant for the dinner, spoke together again, and spoke, and spoke... and it was 5 p.m. before realizing it. Thus I didn't do a lot of workout (but social interactions in real life are sometimes good )
      I did only :
      Fitness Advent Calendar : Day 3
      Micro HIIT Challenge : Day 3
      My arms challenge : Day 20, 7 hammer curls, 6 sets/25’’rest (each arm)
      20 shrimp squats
      20 crunches
      20 squats

      No Ironborn and no Combat HIIT

          This morning, I ran. First I walked during 18 min, then began to run and stopped after 5 km (measured on the map, I took landmarks to know when doing the u-turn and when to stop) and the timer showed... 56min 05 sec. Did I really run those 5 km in 38 min 05 sec ??? So the 5 km in 40 min I did Wednesday were not an accident ??? Now I begin to believe that yes, I can really run !

                      wjs , I think that I'm going to concentrate on walking and running and on Micro HIIT, My arms challenge and the Fitness Advent Calendar and I'll stop Ironborn. About the remaining 6 days to finish Combat HIIT, I'll do them when I can.

                                They must be done in addition of the other workouts, and not be part of them, so... 200 high knees / 6000 for this morning, and more to go during the day.
