            The Long Run : 40 min run (5,01 km, this was totally unexpected. I did them at an even pace : first minute : 168 steps, minute 19-20 : 166 steps, last minute : 164 steps)

            Combat HIIT : Day 19, L3, no rest and day 20, L3, 1' rest

            My arms challenge : day 17, 7 skillcrushers, 2,3 kg dumbbells, 6 sets/25’’rest (each arm)

            November challenge : 54 micro expansions, 3 sets in total throughout the day
