    Exactly what I thought too
    I am adopting an easy exercise like active rest from 30 sec maximum that allows me not to stop but also to catch my breath (side kicks in the days of the arms and punches in those of the legs)

    I chose this solution, although in my opinion the program is structured for light weights and many repetitions but you just need to take a little break between exercise and the other and you can use heavier weights

    I'm not an expert on this, but I chose the lightest weights at first and could do over 40 alternating biceps curls without problems, so I chose the next weight and stuck with that. I think it depends on whether you want to focus on endurance or on muscle building (light weights lots of reps for the first, heavy weights few reps for the second).
