    1 10'' hold scapular shrug

    I actually do cardio last because I sweat so much and that's often my cue to wrap up and shower. Honestly been a bit since I've done anything besides cardio but I keep looking at weights online and am considering getting excited about body weight exercises also (much cheaper lol).

    Gandhalfit, I do strength before dinner and cardio in the late afternoon (4 p.m. or so). That's what works best for me when at home. When at the gym, I do cardio as a warm-up, then I lift weights for about 45' and I finish with 10 to 15' of light cardio as a slow down.
